1967: International Sky Scouts Association

We came across an intriguing letter sent by Mr Johan H Quanjer from York Mansions, Prince Of Wales Drive, London, to members of the above group, explaining the need for a change of name, “now that they were ready to graduate to a higher level of thinking!”
